European decommissioning with certified erasure. Data-bearing equipment cannot leave a European site without documented sanitization, and the standards differ from US practice.

Why a European partner rather than flying a team over
Flying US engineers to Europe costs more and achieves less. They arrive without site access, without knowledge of the facility’s badging and escort requirements, and without the ability to hire vehicles that can legally cross borders.
More importantly, they arrive without the paperwork. Cross-border movement inside Europe involves customs documentation, driver hours regulations, vehicle documentation for foreign travel, and cargo cover that has to hold across the whole custody chain rather than stopping at a border. None of that is solved by putting people on a plane.
